AI Office · Working name

AI prepares the routine work.
You make the decisions.

Quote drafts, inquiry replies, and weekly reports.
We start with the materials and tools you already use,
then set up and maintain a workflow that fits your business.

A workflow tailored to your business

Organize the materials.
Review the draft.
Approve it before use.

We agree in advance on the materials to use and the output to create. Anything sent to a customer is reviewed by the owner or designated person before it goes out.

Who it is for

Doing the same work,
again and again?

Recurring documents

Same template,
new details each time.

We start with tasks that already have templates and rules, such as customer quotes and recurring documents.

A growing inquiry queue

Similar questions,
repeated replies.

Drafts follow your agreed response guidelines. A team member reviews inquiries that need an exception.

Time spent gathering data

Several files,
just to make one report.

We bring records and tables together and agree on a summary format that makes the important points easy to review.

Frequently asked questions

Before you
get started.

What is a good first task?

We start with tasks that have existing templates, repeatable rules, and someone who can review the output. We check your data and software to identify a workable scope.

Does the service take over all of our work?

We set up workflows for your business and maintain them within an agreed scope. The owner or designated person remains responsible for business decisions and final approval of anything sent externally.

Are AI fees and equipment included?

They are separate. The tentative setup price is KRW 3,000,000, and monthly support is KRW 200,000–300,000; VAT is excluded. AI fees are paid through your company's account, and any required equipment is itemized at cost.

Do we need to replace our current software?

We first review your current tools and materials. We explain connection feasibility and any required changes, then work within the agreed environment and scope.

Do the examples on this page run live AI?

They are static illustrations. This page does not collect company materials, run AI, or connect to external systems.
