Dedicated office server setup

We review whether your shared work tools, internal messaging, and documents can run in one place. The programs, data, and people using them guide the equipment and support scope.

Decide what it needs to run first.

Before choosing a server, we agree on the work it supports and who will share it. We review your current software and materials before recommending a setup.

  • Shared work tools. We review the scheduling, requests, and notices you need.
  • Internal messages and documents. We check installation requirements and access boundaries.
  • Data and backups. We define storage needs, backups, and recovery requirements.
  • Access and permissions. We agree on what each account can access and whether external access is needed.

From installation to agreed support.

  1. Review the current environment.

We check computers, the router, storage, and the programs required.

  2. Agree on the setup and costs.

We separate existing and new equipment, installed programs, backups, and support.

  3. Install and check access.

We prepare the agreed programs and accounts, then check access to the materials your team needs.

  4. Explain use and maintenance.

We cover account management, backup checks, how to ask for help, and the agreed support scope.

What goes into the quote?

Quote after consultation

Pricing depends on the programs, equipment, data migration, and support required. Setup, equipment at cost, program fees, backup costs, and monthly support are listed separately. The quote confirms the final amount and VAT treatment.

Remote checks require permission each time. New access methods or additional programs are agreed after permissions and costs are reviewed.

Questions before you start?

Which programs can share one server?

We begin with the programs you need, such as shared work tools, internal messaging, and document storage. Installation requirements, licenses, and equipment capacity determine what can run together.

Can we use a PC we already have?

We need to review its condition and capacity, operating hours, data, and recovery needs. We explain whether existing equipment is suitable or new equipment is needed, with the costs separated.

Are storage and backups included?

We agree on the data, backup location and frequency, and recovery requirements first. Any additional storage device or service is reviewed for cost and support conditions separately.

How is it maintained after setup?

We agree on the checks, updates, issue review, and backup checks you need. Every remote connection requires permission, and ongoing support is quoted after its scope is defined.
