From preparation to a plan for daily use.
- Review the starting point. We check tasks, participants, experience, and permitted AI tools.
- Prepare the exercises. We agree on practice tasks and samples without sensitive details.
- Try it yourself. Participants prepare materials, create drafts, and identify what needs checking.
- Plan what comes next. We identify useful tasks, human review criteria, and any separate setup needed.
What goes into the quote?
Quote after consultation
Pricing depends on the participants, practice time, location, and topics. Training, venue, equipment, travel, and AI tool fees are listed separately as needed. The quote confirms the final amount and VAT treatment.
Setup for daily use and ongoing support are separate from the workshop. If needed, we review the scope and costs together.

Can people new to AI take part?
We check participants' experience before planning the exercises. If people are new to AI, we agree on any account preparation and basic guidance to include.
Do we practice with company data?
Topics come from the work you do, but exercises use samples with sensitive details removed or separate fictional materials. We agree in advance on which materials to use.
How do you decide the duration and group size?
They depend on the tasks, participants and their experience, and the practice environment. If you have a fixed time available, we explain what can fit within it.
Do we need paid AI accounts?
We plan around tools and accounts your company permits. If paid accounts or additional usage fees are needed, we explain the preparation and costs in advance.
Can you set it up for our daily work afterwards?
Putting the exercises into daily use and maintaining them is a separate scope. If needed, we can review the tasks and costs under the AI task automation package.
