What will it cost?
Quoted after we confirm the setup
The product scope and delivery terms are provisional. We confirm users, changes, hosting and ongoing support before quoting a price and schedule. Any server, equipment or third-party service costs are identified in the quote.
Confirm what code is included.
The contract confirms whether source code is included and exactly what is provided. You may modify supplied code within the agreed scope of use. Resale or redistribution requires separate consent.
Before you get started
Is the demo a live company system?
No. It uses fictional data. It is not connected to real accounts, approval delivery or document storage.
Can the approval process match our company?
We review the fields and review steps you need. The quote separates standard changes from additional development.
Can it run on an office server?
We first review the installation and operating requirements. Server setup, backups and support need a separate agreement.
