Inventory management
Review quantities and stock movements together. Decide which items and units you manage, then adjust the fields to suit your work.
What the basic setup covers
These are the basic areas to review when agreeing the scope. Actual features and the delivery schedule are confirmed before the contract.
- Quantity views by item and category
- Stock-in and stock-out records with reasons
- Fields for checking low-stock thresholds
Changes affect only the fictional data on this page. No real accounts, server, saving or delivery functions are connected. Do not enter real company or customer data.

On small screens, scroll the table sideways to see the remaining columns.
| Item | Quantity | Status | Sample movement |
|---|---|---|---|
| Packing boxes | units | At or above threshold | |
| Label sheets | packs | Low stock | |
| Protective wrap | rolls | At or above threshold | |
| No fictional items match your filters. | |||
Quantities can be changed from 0 to 999. An item is marked low when its quantity is below its threshold. No real stock movement or order is created. Refreshing restores the initial data.
Decide what should change for your company.
- Company name, logo, item names and categories
- Quantity units, movement reasons and search fields
- Edit permissions and migration of existing records
What will it cost?
Quoted after we confirm the setup
The product scope and delivery terms are provisional. We confirm users, changes, hosting and ongoing support before quoting a price and schedule. Any server, equipment or third-party service costs are identified in the quote.
Confirm what code is included.
The contract confirms whether source code is included and exactly what is provided. You may modify supplied code within the agreed scope of use. Resale or redistribution requires separate consent.
Before you get started
Does it connect to accounting or sales services?
External connections are not included in this basic description. We review the service features and access requirements before confirming feasibility and cost.
Can we use barcode equipment?
We need to check the equipment and operating environment first. Required hardware and screen changes are quoted separately.
Can we import our spreadsheet?
We review the column names, quantity units and duplicates before agreeing a migration method. The contract confirms the work and validation included.
